  • Understanding the situation of information sharing between each meteorological bureau in the Oceania countries and the respective domestic and international organizations concerned
  • Understanding the outgoing system of meteorological forecast and warning to disaster prevention agency and people
  • Knowledge on similar researches, activity situation of other donors, institutions and NGOs
  • Analysis of the need for improvement of the disaster management capability of each country.
